We started with the bold pattern fabric–found at our beloved local Ikea.


Next, Cody found an awesome tissue paper flower-making tutorial via Martha Stewart.

Cody suspended the flowers from fishing line and added some astroturf from Building 19–so it looks like the tissue paper blossoms are sprouting on invisible stems from this grassy flower box.

We finished off the installation with a coordinating vintage dress…


…and two of Cody’s adorable floral headbands for our smaller window!

Yay spring!!!

Our resident window-dresser and merchandiser-extraordinaire, Cody Nowell, did a bang-up job designing and installing this display. We love the spooky Halloween feel it has at night!

You can check out this window at Calico (173 Union St, downtown New Bedford, MA) until mid-November!
