So last weekend, we decided to chop it all off!

We snapped a couple headshots of each style for Amelia’s book.

All I have to say is… My new cropped do’ requires no blow-drying. NO. BLOW-DRYING. It’s awesome! Totally chic and easy!

We started with the bold pattern fabric–found at our beloved local Ikea.


Next, Cody found an awesome tissue paper flower-making tutorial via Martha Stewart.

Cody suspended the flowers from fishing line and added some astroturf from Building 19–so it looks like the tissue paper blossoms are sprouting on invisible stems from this grassy flower box.

We finished off the installation with a coordinating vintage dress…


…and two of Cody’s adorable floral headbands for our smaller window!

Yay spring!!!

You can check out this window, in person, at our downtown New Bedford storefront until the end of May!
