We’re long-time fans of New Bedford-based artist, Shara Porter. In fact, Calico has carried Shara’s line since its–and Calico’s–inception, back in 2005. Since then, Shara’s carefully-sourced collection of hand-printed “fine found objects” has been featured in Lucky Magazine, Daily Candy, Improper Bostonian–and more!
Here are a few snapshots we took of Shara’s booth at Boston’s South End Open Market this fall!
For our first ever blog giveaway, we’re offering one of our all-time favorite Shara pieces: this vintage 60′s Evans clutch in deep chocolate brown with an adorable goldfish print in contrasting white.
