Sorry our entries have been less than frequent! We have been uber-busy with photoshoots, events, and preparing for our holiday pop-up shop on Westminster in Providence! We have oh-so-much we wanna share with you…

Last weekend, Calico attended The Rock n’ Roll Yardsale in Providence, RI!…

Rock n’ Roll Yardsale/Record Show events happen in both Providence and Somerville throughout the year, and we always have a great time – selling sweet vintage, shopping the crazy vinyl selection, and meeting tons of other creative and talented vendors…

…Like our friends, Joe Segal, and Julie Miller. We love them.

This last event was particularly fun, since it was held in a vacant retail space located literally NEXT DOOR to our new pop-up location! The construction crew was inside, spraying the walls white, while we hyped Calico’s impending pop-up to every passerby!

Seriously, my DREAM of dreams, our new space is a white box with high, exposed ceilings, a concrete floor, and giant, minimal glass windows: PERFECTION.

Our newest intern, Lizzy, stopped by to see us at Sunday’s event. It was a crazily gorge’ sixty-degree day, and we set-up outside. We just love Lizzy’s style, and I made her pose for about 50, 000 pictures, to adequately capture the utter coolness that was her outfit!

Team Calico capped off the night, hangin’ with the fab Amy Lynn Chase, proprietor of Haberdash Vintage and blog-mistress of PunkyStyle. Sooo fun!
